I have spent 20+ years leading teams, navigating career transitions, and delivering multimillion-dollar transformation programmes alongside McKinsey, KPMG, Ericsson, and Huawei across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. I have hired, onboarded, and developed talent across all of these regions — so when you sit across from me, you are not talking to someone who studied these challenges. You are talking to someone who has lived them.
I founded VineConnext because I have been the newcomer figuring out a new country, the professional pivoting into unfamiliar territory, and the leader navigating pressure with no roadmap.
